Petitioner has challenged the order dated 04.06.2025 by which she has been posted to the Government Middle School, Tendua (Kota), Block- Takhatpur, District-Bilaspur, and also challenged the order dated 25.06.2025, Annexure P3, whereby the representation of the petitioner has been rejected by the district level Rationalization Committee, Bilaspur. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that against the order dated 25.06.2025, petitioner made a detailed representation on 11.07.2025 to the Divisional level Rationalization Committee, constituted under the notification dated 07.07.2025 by the State Government but her representation has not been considered till date, whereas, the representation of others have been considered by the authority concerned. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the State though opposes on merits of the case, however, would submit that since the detailed representation of the petitioner is still pending before the Divisional Committee constituted under notification dated 07.07.2025, the said Committee may be directed to decide the pending representation of the petitioner in accordance with law on its own merits, in objective manner, after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 4. Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, also considering the fact that a detailed representation of the petitioner dated 11.07.2025 is still pending before the Divisional Committee constituted under the notification dated 07.07.2025, present petition is disposed of at this stage, directing the Divisional level Rationalization Committee, Bilaspur, to take a decision in accordance with law on its own merits, after giving proper opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, in its next meeting scheduled to be held on 28th August, 2025, and shall pass a reasoned order in an objective manner. 6.
