Parties confirm that the principal amount has already been paid and the interest is left outstanding. In view of the above, this Court is of the view that once the principal amount has been paid following the direction of this Court, the contempt does not survive any further. Since the interest has been granted by the Hon’ble Division Bench, if the same is not paid, the lis will lie before the Hon’ble Division Bench. In view of the above, this contempt application CC/116/2025 stands dropped and closed. The application CC/116/2025 stands disposed of.
