It is pertinent to note here that this Court while dismissing the civil transfer application No.446/2024 filed by the applicant, imposed a cost of Rs. 25,000/- to be deposited by the applicant with the Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority, Jaipur. Since, the cost imposed by this Court has not been deposited by the applicant with the Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority, Jaipur so far, the said amount of cost shall now be recovered from the applicant in accordance with the provisions of Land Revenue Act.
