A hard copy of the Settlement Agreement has been handed over in the Court today. The Registry is directed to scan and upload the same so that it remains embedded in the case file. 3. The parties shall abide by the terms of the Settlement Agreement. 4. The Petition is accordingly disposed of. All pending applications stands closed.
