Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 19 of 2025 arising out of R.I.T. P.S. Case No. 85 of 2024 for the offences registered under Sections 80 / 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and cognizance has been taken for the offence under Section 80(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Seraikella. 3. The petitioner happens to be husband of deceased, Anjali Kumari, who died due to asphyxia because of hanging in her matrimonial home. 4. The statements of some of the witnesses have been recorded in the case diary. They have stated that the deceased after quarrel with the petitioner used to rush to Damodar River to commit suicide. They have also stated that the petitioner used to bring her back to home. 5. It was submitted that the deceased had committed suicide due to petty dispute with the petitioner. 6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Seraikella, in connection with S.T. Case No. 19 of 2025 arising out of R.I.T. P.S. Case No. 85 of 2024. (Ambuj Nath, J.) R.Kr. 25.11.2025
