Also heard Ms. Smriti Shrivastava, learned Panel Lawyer, appearing for the respondent/State. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the bail application MCRC No. 3812 of 2025 was moved on behalf of the applicant namely, Ashok Vishwas, and the same was allowed by this Court on 02.07.2025, but inadvertently the Crime Number in para 1 and 7 RAJSHEKHAR SONI Digitally signed by RAJSHEKHAR SONI 2 of the order dated 02.07.2025, in stead of transcribing ‘35/2025’, ‘33/2025’ has been transcribed, as in two places of the bail rejection order of the trial Court, the crime number has wrongly mentioned as ‘33/2025’. It is further submitted that in compliance of the Court’s order dated 16.07.2025, he has got the case Crime Number of the present case in which the applicant was involved, corrected from the trial Court concerned, and he has filed a fresh copy of the order of the trial Court through covering memo, hence, ‘Crime No.35/2025’ should be transcribed in place of ‘Crime No.33/2025’ in para 1 and 7 of the order dated 02.07.2025. 3. From perusal of the order sought to be modified, it appears that there are certain mistakes crept in para 1 and 7 of the said order, which needs to be modified, hence, the Crime Number ‘33/2025’ in para 1 and 7 of the order dated 02.07.2025 passed in MCRC No. 3812 of 2025, be modified and read as ‘Crime No.35/2025’. 4. With the aforesaid modification, the instant CRMP is hereby Allowed. 5. A copy of this order be placed along with the records of MCRC No. 3812 of 2025. Sd/- (Ramesh Sinha) Chief Justice Rajshekhar
