Yathindra Dev, stated that with a view to evict the encroachers, action was taken by issuance of Form-I and Form-ll notices. Subsequently, by way of HCJ&RCJ WP(PIL]_195_2a24 proceedings of the Tahsildar, Dharmavaram, eviction of the unofficial respondents was ordered. The said proceedings were initially challenged by the unofficial respondents before a learned Single Judge of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution and further by way of an appeal before the R.D.O, Dharmavaram. 3. Considering the fact that action has already been taken and the remedies are availed by respondent Nos. 10 and 11 before the appropriate fora, we do not consider it appropriate to continue these proceedings further, which are accordingly closed. any No order as to costs.
