Learned counsel also assures that a speaking order shall be passed on the representation dated 28.10.2024 (Annexure P-2) furnished by the petitioners within 15 days of the hearing of the petitioners and a copy thereof shall be forwarded to the petitioners within a week of passing of the speaking order. 2.
