The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Kanke P.S. Case 136 of 2025, registered under sections 115(2), 126(2), 117(2), 109, 3(5) of the BNS, 2023, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits there is case and counter case between the parties for the same incident. He further submits that there is general and omnibus allegation of assault against all the accused persons. He also submits that one Ranyu Oraon who is husband of the informant, has assaulted the petitioner on vital part of the body and pursuant to that petitioner has received injury. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegation of assault is there. 5. Considering that there is case and counter case between the parties for the same incident and petitioner has also received injury on the assault made by the husband of the informant, I am inclined to grant ( 2025:JHHC:31850 ) anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the above named, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of his surrender / arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi, in connection with Kanke P.S.
