The Court made the following ORDER: This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Junior Civil Judge, Gooty, to dispose of OS No.90 of 2022, as expeditiously as possible, respondent herein/plaintiff filed the suit in OS No.90 of 2022 the file of the learned Junior Civil Judge, Gooty, against the petitioners herein/Dl to D3 for partition of suit schedule properties into 36 equal shares by metes and bounds and allot 3/36*^^ share to him. 2. on
2 During the pendency of the said suit, the petitioners herein/Dl to D3 filed CRP No.2436 of 2022 for expeditious disposal of OS No.90 of 2022 and this Court, by an order dated 28.11.2022, disposed of the said CRP directing the learned Junior Civil Judge, Gooty, to dispose of OS No.90 of 2022 expeditiously, strictly adhering to the procedure. In spite of the said direction, when the said suit has not been disposed of. the present CRP has been filed again seeking the same direction for expeditious disposal of the suit.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though a
3. specific direction was given by this Court in the year 2022 to dispose of OS No.90 of 2022 expeditiously, the learned Junior Civil Judge is prolonging the trial without even disposing of lA Nos.781 of 2022 and 126 of 2023 for the past two years. He filed copy of e-courts case status showing that the suit was being adjourned from time to time. He further submits that petitioner No.l/Dl is suffering from old age ailments and having three daughters and he sold major portion of property before 20 years itself. Hence, he prays to direct the Court below to dispose of the said OS along with lAs pending therein. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, the learned Junior Civil Judge, Gooty, is
directed to dispose of OS No.90 of 2022 including lA Nos.781 of 2022 and 126 of 2023 in the said suit, in accordance v^ith law, as

3 expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed
