Case No. 127 of 2025 corresponding to Special POCSO Case No. 38 of 2025 for the offences registered under Section 65(1) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 4 and 6 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, POCSO, Latehar. 3. The petitioner is alleged to have established physical relationship with the prosecutrix, who is aged about 15 years, due to which, she became pregnant. When she asked the petitioner to marry her, he refused. 4. It was submitted that the parties have settled the dispute. 5. Ms. Pragati Prasad, learned counsel appearing for the informant has also supported the fact that the parties have settled the dispute. 6. Considering the fact that the offence is non-compoundable, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected. 7. The petitioner, if so advised, may renew his prayer for bail after examination of the prosecutrix during trial. (Ambuj Nath, J.) R.Kr.
