After part submissions, learned counsel for petitioner on instructions submits that the release of money may be in the name of Sh. Anil Kumar Mittal and not Bobby Mittal. 3. In this regard, learned counsel has shown me a photocopy of the demand draft which was deposited with Registry of this Court. The said demand draft was purchased by Sh. Anil Kumar Mittal.
