Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sonari P.S. Case No. 117 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 1097 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 308 (4), 351 (3), 111(2)(b) & 111(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of Smt. Sushila Soreng, learned J.M.F.C, Jamshedpur. 3. On 20.08.2024 rangdari was demanded from the Informant from mobile no. 8276866184. 4. It was submitted that the mobile phone which was used in demanding rangdari does not belong to the petitioner. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in the confession of co-accused. 5. Mr. Rakesh Ranjan, learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail, but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Smt. Sushila Soreng, learned J.M.F.C, Jamshedpur in connection with Sonari P.S. Case No. 117 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 1097 of 2024. (Ambuj Nath, J) Ranjeet/ Uploaded
