Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sessions Trial Case No. 21 of 2025 arising out of Pathalgadda P.S. Case No. 32 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 80, 85 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and 3 / 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Chatra. 3. Petitioner happens to the husband of the deceased Soni Kumari who died due to asphyxia because of hanging in her matrimonial home. 4. It was submitted that apart from ligature mark, there was no mark of violence on the person of the deceased. It was further submitted that the independent witnesses have stated in the case diary that the deceased did not want to reside with the petitioner and she usually went to her parental house. Witnesses have also stated that the petitioner time and again, requested the deceased to come to her matrimonial home. It was finally submitted that the deceased had committed suicide because she did not want to reside with the petitioner. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Chatra in connection with Sessions Trial Case No. 21 of 2025 arising out of Pathalgadda P.S.
