Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri Md. Saleem, Ld. Standing Counsel for Civil Supplies Corporation Limited. 2. It transpires from the record that on 14.08.2025, the Writ Petitioner has submitted Applications to the Commissioner (Civil Supplies), the Managing Director, A.P. State Civil Supplies Corporation Limited (Respondent No.2), the Collector & District Magistrate, Bapatla District (Respondent No.3) and the Manager, Civil Supplies Corporation Limited (Respondent No.4). Ld. Counsel for the Writ Petitioner submits that since the Respondents have not responded to the Representations submitted by the Writ Petitioner so far, on 18.09.2025, the Writ Petitioner has submitted an online Application through the A.P. Paddy Procurement Portal (Ex.P.2) for grant of paddy for the Petitioner rice mill for the Kharif season. 3. Having regard to these facts, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition by directing the Competent Authority to pass a Speaking Order on the Representations submitted by the Writ petitioner on 14.08.2025 in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of uploading of this Order on the website of this Court. The Respondents are also directed to respond to the online Application submitted by the Writ Petitioner on 18.09.2025 (Ex.P.2) within the same time. The Respondents are directed to communicate the final decision in respect of the Representations as well as the Applications submitted by the Writ Petitioner within the scheduled time. The Writ Petitioner is directed to submit a copy of this Order to the Competent Authority within one week from the date of uploading of this Order on the website of this Court. 4.
