The writ petition is filed to direct the 1st respondent bank to lift the debit freezing of the petitioner’s bank account bearing No.110133739511. 2. The petitioner is the holder of the above bank account with the 1st respondent bank. The petitioner contends that the 1st respondent bank has frozen the petitioner’s bank account pursuant to a requisition received from the 3rd respondent. The action of the 1st respondent is illegal and arbitrary. Hence, the writ petition
3. Heard; the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Government Pleader and the learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent. 4. The learned Government Pleader submitted that the 3rd respondent has already registered Crime No.28/2024 against the petitioner and the matter has been reported before the jurisdictional Magistrate, Thrissur. WP(C) No.5532 of 2025 4 2025:KER:28543 In light of the above submission, I am of the view that, it would be up to the petitioner to approach the jurisdictional Court and work out his remedies, in accordance with law. The writ petition is ordered accordingly.
