learned counsel for the petitioner. Government Pleader for Registration and Stamps. Also heard the learned 2) This Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief:
“....to issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents 2 to 4 in taking appropriate decision for deletion of the petitioner’s purchased land to an extent of Ac.20-75 cents in sy.No.791/1, Darsi Village & Mandal under four pending registered documents numbers PI5, PI6, PI7 and PI9, dated 07.2.2017, from the prohibitory properties list prepared U/S.22-A of the Registration Act by considering his Legal Notices . dt:26.04.2017 and 15.03.2018, is illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and contrary to the principles of natural Justice and pass such other order or orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case,” Though the learned counsel for the petitioner made submissions pointing out the inaction on the part of the respondent, particularly the respondent, in taking appropriate decision with regard to deletion of the subject matter property from the prohibited category he submits in view of the change in the procedure the petitioner would make an appropriate application through online and on receipt of such application, the 2'^'* respondent may take appropriate action within the stipulated period. , 3) 4) Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to make online application as per the procedure in vogue for deletion of the subject matter property from the prohibited category list.
