Learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record office letter dated 11.12.2025 and on that basis submits that all retiral benefits under different components have been released in favour of the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner admits the release of retiral benefits and submits that due and admissible interest for late payment of retiral benefits in accordance with judgment and at the rate mentioned in the judgment has not been released to the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that respondents will again compute the interest admissible to the 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2 petitioner under the judgment in question and if there is any short fall in the payment, same shall be made good by releasing the balance amount if any payable to the petitioner under the said component within three weeks i.e. by or before 06.01.2026. 4. Taking note of above assurance given by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present execution petition stands disposed of.
