“to issue Order or orders direction or directions writ or writs particularly one in the Writ of Mandamous declare the action of the respondents in allowing to conduct Cockfights Sankranthi festival season of 2025 in West
2 Godavari Dist is illegal, arbitrary, Violation of provisions of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animal Act, 1960 and the A.P. Gaming Act, 1974 several directions of Apex Court and this Honble High Court and consequently direct the respondents not to allow any person or persons organization or organizations to conduct Cock-fights in Krishnampalem Village Devarapalli Mandal of East Godavari District and pass such...”
2. Sri Boda Rakesh Naik, learned counsel for petitioners appearing through Video Conference sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present Writ Petition.
