Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned HCGP for the respondent and perused the material on record. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioners that their requisition / representation at Annexure-E dated 06.08.2024 submitted to the respondent has not been considered so far by them nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:8003 WP No. 30343 of 2024 circumstances, the petitioners are before this Court by way of the present petition. 4. Per contra, learned HCGP for the respondent submits that if reasonable time is given, the respondent would consider and pass necessary orders on the said requisition / representation. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the respondent-State is hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioner and consider their requisition / representation at Annexure-E dated 06.08.2024 and pass appropriate orders, bearing in mind the material on record produced by the petitioner and in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
