Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Karra P.S. Case No. 01 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 111, 61(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, Sections 25(1-B)a, 25(6), 26, 35 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act, pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khunti. 3. On 05.01.2025, Karra Police, on the basis of confidential information that some accused persons have assembled at Ronhe forest area and were planning to extract rangdari from contractors, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended several accused persons. Firearms were recovered from their possession. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner was neither apprehended at the spot nor anything was recovered from his possession. It was further submitted that similarly placed co-accused Tiko Kachhap has been granted bail by this Court vide B.A. No. 7144 of 2025 earlier. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khunti, in connection with Karra P.S.
