Heard Sri Narasimhulu Parise, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleaders appearing for Land Acquisition. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition, on counter and also on written instructions dated 03.12.2024 submitted that, they are waiting for fund clearance and sought time for payment of the said balance amount to the petitioner. As and when the funds are released from the Finance & Planning department, the balance amount would be paid to the petitioner, as such, prayed to pass appropriate orders. 4. To the said submission, learned counsel for the petitioner reported no objection. 5. Taking into consideration the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents, as the authorities intend to pay the amount, this Court is inclined to dispose of the Writ Petition. 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to release the balance amount to the petitioner, at the earliest and at any rate, within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
