Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:71194-DB Court No. - 21 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 13795 of 2025 Petitioner :- Manoj Nagar Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Lal Chandra Pandey,Ram Sewak Counsel for Respondent :- Anjali Upadhya,C.S.C. Hon'ble Manoj Kumar Gupta,J. Hon'ble Anish Kumar Gupta,J. 1. The case of the petitioner is that his land was acquired by the respondents. The petitioner has been allotted 6% developed land. The petitioner, however, claims allotment of 10% developed land in terms of Full Bench judgement and order dated 21.10.2011 in Gajraj Singh and Others vs. State of U.P. and others; 2011 (11) ADJ 1 (FB). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner concedes that the petitioner had not challenged the acquisition proceedings and therefore, the direction for allotment of 4% additional land would not be applicable. However, it is submitted that the Development Authority had allotted 10% developed land to other co-sharers and therefore, on ground of parity the petitioner is also claiming additional 4% developed land. The representation filed by the petitioner in this behalf dated 31.01.2025 is stated to be pending. 3. Sri A.B. Singhal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent - Authority states that the representation would be decided by the respondent no. 2 within such time, as may be granted by this Court. 4. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on merits, the petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no. 2 to decide the representation dated 31.01.2025 by speaking order within eight weeks from the date of communication of instant order along with photocopy of the representation.
