Case No. 92 of 2025 arising out of Simdega Mahila P.S. Case No. 11 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 241 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 376, 313, 417 of the I.P.C., subsequently, chargesheet has been submitted under Section 376, 500, 417 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Simdega. 3. On the pretext of marriage, the petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the informant who is a major lady. Later on, he refused to marry her. It appears that the parties were in relationship for about five years. 4. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Simdega in connection with S.T.
