The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Simdega (Mahila) PS Case No.25 of 2025, for offence registered under section 85, 89, 115(2) of BNS, 2023 and section 3/ 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, pending in court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Simdega.

Learned counsel for petitioners submits that petitioner no.1 is father in law and petitioner no.2 is mother in law respectively and false allegations are made of demand of dowry and torture. He further submits that there are general and omnibus allegations against the petitioners and all the family members have been made accused in this case.

Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that petitioner no.1 is father in law and petitioner no.2 is mother in law respectively and allegations are there against them.

Considering that petitioner no.1 is father in law and petitioner no.2 is mother in law respectively and considering that the matter is registered under section 85, 89 and 115(2) of BNS, 2023 and section 3/4 of Dowry

Prohibition Act, and there are general and omnibus allegation of demand of dowry and torture and all the family members have been made accused in this case and miscarriage of pregnancy as alleged is of the year 2019, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioners.

Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are hereby directed to surrender before learned court within three weeks from today, and in event of their surrender/arrest, petitioners, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each, with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Simdega, in connection with Simdega (Mahila) PS Case No.25 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023.
