----- 02/05.02.2025 Both these Bail Applications arise out of the same police case. Accordingly, they are being disposed of by a common order.

3. Petitioners have been made accused in connection with Adityapur P.S. Case No. 429 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 17(b), 21(b), 27(A) of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Seraikella.
4. On 26.11.2024, at about 06:30 p.m., Adityapur Police, apprehended both these petitioners from a place near H Road, Muslim Basti and on search, 30 grams of brown sugar were recovered from their joint possession.
5. It was submitted that the quantum of seized contraband comes within the purview of intermediary quantity and the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and this fact has been mentioned at Paragraph-18 of these Bail Applications.
6. Mr. Bhola Nath Ojha, learned Special P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail.
7. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Seraikella in connection with Adityapur P.S. Case No. 429 of 2024.
