In pith and substance, the petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to respondents to enhance the circle rate of the land of the petitioners. 3. Learned Addl. Chief Standing Counsel has vehemently opposed the writ petition and submitted that the relief claimed by the petitioners is not sustainable as the petitioners have no locus. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, once we declined to interfere in the matter, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he is not inclined to press the writ petition. 5.
