Learned counsel for the respondent has raised objection with regard to the maintainability of this writ petition. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already preferred an appeal against the impugned order. 4. In that view of the matter, this writ petition is dismissed, giving liberty to the petitioner to pursue the pending appeal. All I.As. in this writ petition shall stand closed.
