(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file representation to the competent authority for redressal of his grievance.
2. Mr. Rajan Kahol, learned Additional Advocate General, while putting in appearance on behalf of respondents, states that he is not averse to aforesaid innocuous prayer made on behalf of the petitioner.
3. Consequently, in view of the above, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, deems it fit to dispose of the same reserving liberty to the petitioner to file representation to the competent authority within two weeks, which shall be decided by the competent authority within four weeks thereafter. Ordered
accordingly. Needless to say, authority concerned, while doing the needful in terms of instant order, shall afford an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner as well as other persons against whom allegations have been made in the complaint and pass appropriate orders.
