GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... to issue a Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 3 to 2 5 respondents in interfering in civil matters and threatening the petitioners not to enter in to his agricultural lands in Sy. No. 80/11 (Ac. 0.659 cents) and Sy. No. 86/1A (Ac. 0.152 cents) situated at Santhipuram Mandal, Chittoor District, as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and violative of Articles 14, 16, and 300-A of constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere in the civil disputes.” 2.
