On instructions received from him, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that they would be ready and willing to vacate the premises, in the case at hand, on or before 31.03.2026. Learned counsel further submits that up-to-date use and occupation charges till 31.03.2026 shall be paid before 31.03.2026 and the petitioner shall have no objection if the present respondents move an application for release of the amount deposited as arrears of rent before the Trial Court. It is agreed amongst the parties that use and occupation charges shall be paid at the same rate as the rent payable prior to the eviction by the Rent Controller. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2. The aforesaid statement made by the petitioner (Naresh Sood) shall be binding on all the Judgment Debtors, in the case at hand. It is made clear that if the premises, in the case at hand, is not vacated and arrears of use and occupation charges are not deposited on or before 31.03.2026, then the present petitioner (Naresh Sood) shall be liable for contempt. 3.
