There is a call for abstaining from judicial work by the High Court Bar Association, Allahabad, therefore, advocates are not appearing. 2. The petitioner is aggrieved that her application for maternity leave was rejected without assigning any specific reason. 3. This Court in similar matters has quashed the similar nature of impugned orders and it was directed that concerned respondent will pass a fresh order with assigning specific reasons, therefore, the impugned order dated 11.03.2025 is set aside and matter is remitted to concerned respondent to pass a fresh order assigning specific reasons so that petitioner may aware of reasons and in case, she still aggrieves, she will have liberty to take available legal recourse. 4.
