JUSTICE PRAMIL KUMAR MATHUR Order 20/03/2025 Admittedly, the writ petition filed on behalf of the petitioner against the original order passed by the Board of Revenue is pending before this Court. Despite pendency of the earlier writ petitions, the petitioner has filed the writ petition before the learned Single Judge with regard to some orders passed in the execution proceedings. The [2025:RJ-JP:12626-DB] (3 of 3) [SAW-789/2024] said writ petition was decided by learned Single Judge vide order dated 28.11.2024. In our considered view, no illegality has been committed by learned Single Judge in dismissing the above said writ petition filed on behalf of the petitioner since the petitioner is having remedy to file appropriate application hearing of stay application in another writ petitions which are admittedly pending before the learned Single Judge.
