learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.
2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Simdega P.S. Case No. 155/2024, registered for the offence under Sections 316 (5), 318 (4) and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) 2023, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Simdega.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has moved ABA No.2856 of 2025 earlier before this Court, which was dismissed as withdrawn. He further submits that there is changed circumstances, as such, the second anticipatory bail has been filed.

Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer and submits that there is no changed circumstance.
5. In view of the above and considering that petitioner has moved ABA No.2856 of 2025 earlier, which was dismissed as withdrawn and nothing has been shown to the effect that there is changed circumstance for filing of second anticipatory bail.

6. In view of the above, this anticipatory bail is dismissed.
7. It is made clear that if the petitioner moves before the learned Court by filing petition for regular bail, that will be decide by the learned Court in accordance with law without being prejudiced to this order.
