Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para no.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.26055 of 2025 dated 23.10.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Principal Special Court under EC & NDPS Act, Chennai – 600 104, twice a month, i.e., on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 4.
