The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 181/2025 arising out of Rehla P.S. Case No. 14/2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 671/2025, for the offences registered under Section 103(1) of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the Court of learned A.S.J.-VIII, Palamau. 3. Daughter of the informant namely Sweta Kumar @ Ruby was throttled to death. Suspicion has been raised against this petitioner that he might have committed her murder as he was having illicit relationship with the deceased. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that apart from suspicion, there is no material available against this petitioner on record. 5. Learned A.P.P. after going to the case diary, does not dispute the aforesaid submission. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.S.J.-VIII, Palamau in connection with S.T.
