The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Lohardaga Mahila P.S. Case No. 03/2025, Corresponding to G.R. No. 100/2025, registered under sections 376 (1)/498A/323/504/506/120B of I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lohardaga. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has earlier moved in A.B.A. No. 4519 of 2025 which was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to move before the learned court. He further submits that on the fresh ground the present anticipatory bail application has been filed. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that earlier anticipatory bail application of the petitioner has been dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to move before the learned court inspite of that petitioner has not surrendered before the learned court and there is no changed circumstance to file present anticipatory bail application. 5. A.B.A. No. 4519 of 2025 was already dismissed as ( 2025:JHHC:32256 ) withdrawn with liberty to move before the learned court however, petitioner without moving before the learned court has filed the present anticipatory bail application. In course of argument what is the changed circumstance, has not been disclosed. As such, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed. Pending I.A, if any, stands disposed of.
