Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Taljhari P.S. Case No. 19 of 2025 corresponding to Special POCSO Case No. 08 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 64(2)(m), 69 of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 4 and 6 of the POCSO Act and cognizance has been taken for the offences under Sections 64(2)(m) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 6 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, POCSO, Dumka. 3. On the pretext of marriage, the petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix, who is aged about 17 years. 4. It was submitted that the parties were in physical relationship since last one year. It was further submitted that this is a case of adolescent love affairs between the parties. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, POCSO, Dumka, in connection with Taljhari P.S.
