This second bail application has been filed by the accused petitioner u/S 483 BNSS in connection with FIR No. 10/2024 registered at ATS & SOG, Special Police Station (SOG), District Jaipur for offences punishable under Section 419, 420 and 120B IPC, Sections 4,5 and 6 of the Rajasthan Public Examination (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 1992 and u/S 66D of IT Act. 2. The first bail application bearing No. 8750/2024 filed by the accused petitioner was dismissed vide order dated 22.11.2024. 3. It is well settled that after rejection of a bail application, subsequent fresh bail application can be considered on material change of circumstances. The order earlier passed cannot be reviewed on the same grounds, which were available at the time of rejection of first bail application in view of the specific restrictions u/S 403 BNSS. 5. Since the counsel for the accused petitioner is not able to point out any material change of circumstance for consideration of this subsequent fresh bail application, this Court is not inclined to entertain the second bail application. 6.
