The defects as pointed out by the Registry is ignored as the same has been corrected by learned counsel for the Petitioner.
2. With the consent of the parties the matter is taken up for hearing.

The instant writ application has been preferred by the Petitioner praying for a direction upon the respondent-authorities to consider the case of the petitioner for his regularization on the post of Computer Operator and to pay the amount by way of difference between 28,000/- and 16,700/- with other consequential benefits.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the petitioner is working for more than 10 years on the post of Computer Operator but still he has not been regularized though the respondent-State does have specific policy with regard to regularization.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that since no counter

affidavit has been filed as such the petitioner may be directed to approach the 3rd Respondent who shall look into the matter.

Having regard to the aforesaid submissions of learned counsel for the parties, the instant writ application is hereby disposed of by directing the 3rd Respondent to treat this writ application as representation and take a decision in the matter in accordance with law and applicable rules and regulations by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of 12 weeks form the date of receipt of copy of this order.
7. The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this writ application to the 3rd Respondent at the earliest so that his grievance can be redressed at the earliest.
