Case No. 67 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26(1)(a) of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Saraikella. 3. On 11.09.2025, RIT Police, apprehended this petitioner from Chawla More. On search, a country-made pistol was recovered from his possession. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody for more than two months. It was further submitted that the charge sheet has been submitted in this case and the offence alleged is triable by a Court of Judicial Magistrate. It was finally submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Saraikella in connection with RIT P.S.
