Balasaheb Mhaske, Tahsildar, Taluka Shirur, District Pune, has filed an Affidavit dated 12th June, 2025. In paragraph No.5 thereof, it is stated that, the illegal structures on the said piece of land have been removed and handed over the vacant possession of the suit land to the Officers of the MSEB on 11th April, 2025.
