By this petition, petitioner herein has alleged non-compliance of the order dated 29.04.2025, whereby, this Court had directed as under: “In the meantime, the respondents are directed to accord consideration to the representation alleged to have been filed by the petitioner before the Chief Secretary, UT of Jammu and Kashmir, dated 21st November, 2022, within the notice period. The order of consideration which is likely to be passed in furtherance of the aforesaid order, be also placed on record while filing the reply.” 2. Compliance report stands filed by the respondents, it is stated that the representation has been duly considered by the respondents vide Consideration order dated 28.08.2025 and the claim, being devoid of any merit, has been rejected. Respondents have also placed on record the consideration order dated 28.08.2025. 3. In view of the above, respondents have complied with the order dated 29.04.2025 passed by this Court in its letter and spirit. 4. Contempt proceedings, as such, are closed, however, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the consideration order dated 28.08.2025, if he so desires.
