The applicant who is in custody since 15.03.2019 has approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with S.T. No.367 of 2019 arising out of Chainpur P.S. Case No.52 of 2019, registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Palamau at Daltonganj, Jharkhand. 3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application as statement of the victim has already been examined under Section 313 of the Cr.P.C. 4. In view of the above, the present bail application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. 5. However, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
