The petitioner has retired from the post of Driver on 28.02.2018 and now he has approached this Court with a prayer to release the gratuity amount. 3. Apparently, there is a delay on behalf of petitioner, still considering that prayer is to grant the gratuity, therefore, the writ petition is disposed of with an observation that concerned respondent will consider the prayer and pass appropriate order within a short period.
