Learned counsel for the non-applicants/ respondents informs the Court that the additional amount which has been deposited by the applicant/petitioner shall be deposited with the Registry of this Court, within a period of one week, subject to the legal rights of the Bank. Accordingly, in light of this development, this application is disposed of by ordering that the amount which shall be deposited by the respondents, be released in favour of the petitioner, in its bank account, details whereof shall be provided by learned counsel for the petitioner.
