The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is working as a computer operator in the respondent bank and that he was initially engaged on a daily wage basis in the year 2008. It is submitted that W.P.No.28129 of 2012 was filed praying for regularization, and this Court, vide order dated 04.04.2013, directed the respondent to consider the petitioner’s case for regularization. The respondent has considered the 2. t 2 direction of this Court and extended the minimum time scale to three computer operators. However the petitioner’s case has not been considered. This Court vide order dated 18.11.2013 directed the respondent to consider the feasibility of assigning the petitioner the minimum scale of pay attached to the post. It is submitted that the similarly placed employees who filed W.P.Nos.5944 of 2011 and 8122 of 2013 were not only granted the minimum time scale but were also regularized. No counter is filed and there is no representation on behalf of the 3. 4. 5. respondent. Recording the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the respondent is hereby directed to extend the minimum time scale and also consider the feasibility of regularizing the service of the petitioner on par with the other employees as was done in the cases of the writ petitioners in W.P.Nos.5944 of 2011 and 8122 of 2013. The respondent is further directed to pass necessary orders as directed above within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With these directions, this Writ Petition is disposed off. No costs. 6. 7. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
