Case No.42 of 2024, pending in the Court of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sahibganj. 3. Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the State. 4. The learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner. 5. I find no ground to review my earlier order and there is no fresh ground available.
