1. One Narne Rahuldev – Party-in-person filed the present writ petition to declare the prolonged inaction of the first respondent of over 8 months in not expediting “Pending Compliance” despite the 2nd respondetn’s total disobedience in not honouring the order in case 14903/SIC-PSJ/2023 issued on 15.02.2024 mandating the 2nd respondent to provide the petitioner information as unjust and constitutional, and consequently, direct the first respondent – Andhra Pradesh Information Commission to expedite the
“Pending Compliance”.
2. During hearing, today, Narne Rahuldev – Party-in-person submitted that the first respondent has expedited hearing of the petition/complaint filed by the petitioner and therefore, the claim is redressed.
3. In view of the clear and categorical submission made by the writ petitioner/party-in-person that the first respondent has redressed his grievance, nothing remains in this matter for further adjudication.
4. Hence, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
