The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Ramkanda P.S. Case No. 47 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. Case No. 610 of 2025, for the offence under Sections 308(2), 308(3) & 3(5) of B.N.S. and Section 17 of the CLA Act, pending in the court of Sri R. Prasad, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Garhwa. On 14.12.2024 at about 3:00 p.m., demand of extortion was made from the informant by the accused Pratap, who is a member of Naxal Organization. It was submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in the confession of co-accused. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri R.
